Supplyhouse has excellent customer service!!
Bought this to replace a smaller unit. Had to go to a 3/4 gas line and trim my existing box vent lines. Took me about 3 hours to take the old one down and have the new one installed. I'm not a plumber but am pretty handy. Figured I'd try it myself before I pay someone. Plugged it in and had hot water immediately. Highly satisfied. First unit sent was damaged in shipping. Supplyhouse had a new one to me in 2 days. Fantastic customer service.
