Not 7"
I had hoped 7" duct would fit in 7" hole, but it was more like 7.2", so does not fit. Otherwise, good duct.

Too thin to be useful
Material is way too thin to be useful. If you need uninsulated flex, stick to grow industry stuff. It's three layers with Mylar, aluminum and vinyl.
For shredded before I could even get it set.

Just what I was looking for
I needed to connect an existing duct to a new over the oven microwave with an exhaust fan. The flexible ducting was just what I needed to connect the items as the existing ductwork was off-center by about 10 inches. I was able to connect the two satisfactorily and the exhaust fan is now working properly. The shipping was quick and well boxed with double layer cardboard.
