iComfort S30 Ultra Smart Programmable Thermostat, 19V30

Replaced an icomfort wifi. Ran additional wiring per specifications, and it started up fine. It has rebooted once and also lost communications once since the install but other than that has worked fine. It's still a really expensive option but Lennox has a proprietary bus so third party Tstats won't work with full features. One big issue is the warranty. The terms and conditions only allow full warranty if this is dealer installed, so be advised.

Lowest price and quick delivery. Straightforward (but costly) replacement for the iComfort WiFi thermostat that died. S30 auto-detected the furnace, AC, and humidifier. Took some time to get it fully registered through Lennox and link online accounts, but finally worked. SupplyHouse carrying this new part saved us $1k by installing ourselves.

Great customer service. Product arrived as promised; product needed to be exchanged and was done without any issues. Replacement arrived immediately! Price lower than other sites and of course lower than my hvac company!!!!

Seems to better than the white one that came with the system. Not too hard to hook up but , no where could I found shielded 4 pair cable unless you purchase a 500 foot roll. Also without a dealer code the thermostat can not connect to lennox server, which means you get no updates and always show a blinking lights. This boils down to only getting a 5 year warranty instead of a 10 year warranty from Lennox. That said the system works great and since I have a Lennox communicate system the thermostat found and configured the system. I just had to fine tune and set my time and temp up. Remember this only works with a Lennox communication system.

The iComfort S30 thermostat is a nice upgrade from the Lennox Wifi thermostat; but I really don't need the Wifi capability of the S30. I am so grateful that Supply House sell Lennox products because Lennox will not sell to individuals. I will surely use Supply House again.

I have a iComfort 10F81 that died under warranty and Lennox won't replace it. I called local service repair. They came out and told me there was no way this unit would work as a replacement. They hooked up a much cheaper unit and said I'd like it better anyway, gee thanks I guess. Long story short SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I was able install smart hub and display unit using existing wiring from old 10f81 with ease and the new S30 19V30 automatically detected my AC unit. Congratulation takes a bit focus and time for a person like me with almost no knowledge.

Product was in new condition (as promised), delivered quickly.

There are plenty of negative comments about this Lennox S30 Thermostat floating around the internet. It is a complex thermostat that requires professional installation and system calibration. With a ten year warranty, this new thermostat flawlessly controls temperature, humidity, and allergens and with SupplyHouse's best price, availability, and fast shipping, I could not be happier!
