Pleased with purchase, however….
Due to obsolescence, this board was a replacement for the original board. The connections took a little time to decipher since they were marked differently. Also, unlike my original board, the flame sensor pins in to the bigger (9 or 12 pin) connector in connector position 2. The original board had a dedicated on-board pin for the flame sensor. I was frustrated with it until I found a short YouTube video that addressed the difference in flame sensor pin location. Igniters work and stay lit so board works as designed 👍🏼

This product worked great, once a new one arrived. First order arrived; it was a previously returned item. Missing parts, no instructions, inner box was damaged. The inner box had paper shipping tape covering part of the box, I peeled it back to find the words Attn: Return Goods. It's obvious someone tried to conceal that this was a previously used item. Photos were taken and sent to a customer service rep. My credit card was charged the full price of a new product. I did get a new product which arrived 4 days later. Spent 4 days without heat in high 20's to low teens. Very dissatisfied.

Excellent replacement, easy install
We have two furnaces and this was the second time purchasing this same board. It was only time our second control board was going to fail. Simple swap with the original Lennox board with a minor modification with a single wire now going into a connector housing.
On another note, SupplyHouse is my go-to for ALL appliance repairs around our house and rental properties. Besides selling quality product at reasonable prices, they also offer terrific Customer Service if ever needed
