I purchased this Single-Stage / HSI Integrated Furnace Control Kit as a replacement for an aging OEM board in a Lennox G40 furnace. The installation was straightforward, and the included wiring diagram was clear and easy to follow. Terminal labeling is well organized, and the separate HEAT, COOL, FAN, and PARK blower speed terminals make configuration flexible. After installation, the ignition sequence operated correctly – inducer startup, pressure switch verification, HSI warm-up, and gas valve operation all performed as expected. One feature I appreciated is the dedicated FAN terminal for continuous circulation mode. This allows proper assignment of a specific blower speed for fan-only operation instead of sharing a heating or cooling speed tap. Once configured correctly, the furnace operates smoothly and consistently in all modes. Since installation, heating performance has been stable with no nuisance lockouts or irregular behavior. Overall, this control kit appears to be a solid and dependable replacement for compatible single-stage HSI furnaces. Would recommend for anyone replacing a failed integrated furnace control, provided they verify compatibility and wiring configuration.

I needed a new control board for a 20 year-old Lennox furnace and this replacement works fine. Installation was straight-forward and took half an hour (with a little help from youtube).

This was a replacement for the original 20+ year old control board. Although the connection configuration is slightly different than the original, it is the direct replacement available at this time. Had to manufacture a couple of wires with blade quick-connectors to facilitate the installation. However, if you're not comfortable doing that, then you probably shouldn't be performing this work yourself anyway.

The board was easy to install, no modifications needed.

Came with everything I needed; mount board, standoffs, extra wiring, etc. Some wasn't needed as I just used the existing wiring, but it was still nice to have. The mounting board did have holes that aligned opposite of my config (upside down), but it wasn't a big deal.

This is a fantastic replacement for the previous SureLight board that was problematic. It came with everything needed and was very easy to install. Very pleased with this board and Supply Warehouse for having it available and ready to ship which was fast. Much Appreciated...

Best price, fast shipping! Very easy to install.... Only problem was, I had to extend my line off of my safety switch to the board. Took about an hour to install.
