Relay did not work. Stuck on position the whole time
The part came in pretty fast. But when I had the part installed it was stuck in the on position and would not shut the blower off. I wanted to return it but it says I had to pay shipping and I really do not have time because im in the Army and have training or be in the field alot. So I just cut my loss on it. I think I just got a bad relay because I went to a local store and bought the same one even though it cost about 50 bucks more, it worked. The only reason I bought this here online is because I was trying to save a few bucks.

I'm sorry that you ended up receiving a defective relay. We do not charge to return defective materials so it sounds like you may have been trying to return the relay incorrectly on our website. Please call us at 888-757-4774 so we can properly file a warranty claim on your behalf for the defective relay and make sure you get a refund (since you've already purchased a replacement locally).
