I have bought this product before to repair a Concord Furn
If you have a Concord Furnace Model # CG90CB067D12B-1A
This pressure works perfect with this model of furnace. The original part model isn't in SupplyHouse inventory. This furnace was widely sold and the last time I check they have no recognition of this product. 31 years as HVAC Tech State Lic retired.

Exact replacement device
This is used as the differential pressure switch in my furnace. I am not sure why but this device became intermittent after about a year. Removing the device and bench testing seems to indicate correct operation. It may be my furnace does not use enough current to keep the contacts clean.
