Great product
Electronic Sump Pump switch is a great way to prevent your basement flooding from a failure in the mechanical switch (which will eventually happen). I wish modern sump pumps come with built-in electronic switch but unfortunately it is not the case. This product is a great investment for your existing sump pump. Installation takes about 10 minutes. Great product overall.

Switch works perfect and dealing with Supply House.Com was a great experience and there shipping time was outstanding. So the three stars is not directed at SupplyHouse but the manufacturer of the switch.
Tired to register it but could not because no S/N is not supplied with the unit, even reached out to the switch manufacturer by e-mail and the customer service could not help. Their registration process requires a S/N to complete. As of now I have no warranty.

I CAN'T MAKE IT SCREW UP!
Since access to sump is difficult, I spent hours testing this switch in a 5 gallon bucket of water and I could never make it malfunction. It actually learns the application and tailors to fit. Works flawless and the pump cycles less than with the old mechanical switch. Glad I bought it...so far.

Easy installation, Works Great
The level sensor/switch that came with our sump pump failed. Luckily I was home a discovered the problem before the sump overflowed. I searched and found this level sensor/switch and it was delivered quickly. The unit installs easily and so far has worked perfectly. We've only had it installed for less than a month. Hopefully it will last for many years.

Being a retired electrician, I am sure this will work fine.
Sorry to say I haven't tried the switch yet. Recently having heart issues and an implant put in I can not do much of anything, especially lifting. As soon as I get some freedom back I will get it installed. Pump needs the pipe replaced. Not having it in yet is reason for 4 stars.

Outstanding
Going on 6 years with mine in the sump pit. Never any problems... it just works. Every couple of years I wipe/scrape the crud off. Paired with a Hydromatic A1 1/3 HP pump.

Does what it needs to do
When the switch failed on my Zoeller 1/2HP pump again, I decided to try this switch. It did the trick and turns the pump on/off (I zip tied the float switch in the on position). It would have 5 stars if the on/off points could be adjusted as the on point is just above the gasket joint on the switch when the off point is just as the pump starts to pull air.

Good Product
