Not recommended
Crazy as it sounds the blank space on this cover has 2 screw holes. What are these supposed to screw into,??? It's blank for a reason. If it came with a corresponding bracket that would work

Special Order???
When a local Electrical Supply House assured me that the switch plate I needed was only available as a "special Order", The Supply House had it off the shelf and out the door the same day.
Basically a "nothing" order, but they treated it like it was "everything".
These guy's are GREAT to deal with!

This is a tried and true, proven part that hasn't changed much in decades. I like metal better than bakelite, but bakelite and other plastics are the de facto standard for most applications. SupplyHouse had what I needed and was a quick, convenient source for it. Good job! Thanks again.

We moved into a house that had some weird wiring job and we needed to take it from 2 switches to 1 for the ceiling fan as we installed one that has a remote. This cover plate was able to take care of voiding out the 2nd switch!
