Description
–
The Big John submersible sump pumps provide efficient; trouble-free service for extended or continuous use in moving large volumes of water. Little Giant's submersible sump pumps are ideal for use in Excavation; Crawl Space; Basement; Underground Passageway; Loading Docks; Grain Elevator; Construction Site; Cooling Tower; Fire Cleanup and other applications requiring high volume water dispersal.
- Cast bronze pump housings for corrosion and rust resistance.
- Oil filled motor housing for lifetime lubrication and rapid heat dissipation.
- Stainless steel screws, bolts, and handle.
- Mechanical seals (stainless steel spring, nitrile parts, carbon and ceramic faces).
- Thermal overload protection.
- Automatic operation with pressure switch operates when water level is between 7" to 10". Pump shuts off when water level falls to between 1" - 4" (Pressure switch is non-adjustable).

Has been running perfectly for years now
My house is at the bottom of a hill in western Washington state. I have water under my house about 10 months of the year.
This little pump has been fantastic. I can't remember how many years it's lasted but at least 5. When I realized what a great pump it is I bought another one just like it but haven't needed it yet. It's still sitting in the box unopened.
One thing I know for certain, when it comes to pumps, you get what you pay for.

Product works great very quiet had double check to make sure it was working because it is so quiet.
