TE-7-MD-SC, Magnetic Drive Pump for Semi-Corrosive Materials, 3/4 HP (115/230V)

Magnetically driven pumps for semi-corrosive chemicals and solutions. The MD-SC Series features leak proof, seal-less magnetic drives and are designed for in-line, non-submersed use. These pumps feature polypropylene, ceramic and Buna-n® parts. Thermally protected, totally enclosed split-phase fan-cooled motor with ball bearings. Conduit box (must be wired in field).

The Little Giant MD-SC series features leak-proof, seal-less magnetic drives and are designed for in-line, non submersible use. Volute, magnet housing and impeller are glass-filled polypropylene for excellent chemical resistance. Ceramic shaft and thrust washers are 99.5% pure alumina for excellent wear and trouble-free service. Pumping heads are easily rotated, cleaned or serviced with no special tools required. Spindle shaft is supported at both ends to prevent impeller damage during start-up and stop of pump.

Applications: Circulation of moderately corrosive acids, alkalies, solvents, brine, plating solutions, and other mildly corrosive chemicals and solutions that are compatible with the pump's material of construction
