Firmware and App updates have killed this.
Used it for 2 years, then Johnson Controls updated the app and firmware(Oct 2020). Nothing but connectivity problems since. Tons of people complaining, no response. Avoid this one until they revert to the old version of come out with a stable release

I would not buy this product
RG&E installed. Very frustrated as Lux would not establish connection to wifi. Tried reset and re establish connection. Goes into a loop. My WIFI works fine

SmartPhone Controlled Thermostat Works Great
After setup, the thermostat is working well, but the setup took much longer than expected due to inaccurate WiFi connection instructions.
