Seems like a good product

I gave this a 4 out of 5 only because of a template issue, which I'll explain. I purchased the 4th Gen 48K BTU 5 Zone unit. I installed the condenser and two air handlers over the last 2 days. It took me about 24 hrs to install the 18K, 9K, condenser, 220V 40A, and 20A service outlet. I also installed line set covers. Fairly easy overall and everything appears to be working normally. Aside from some piping covering I need to complete at the condenser, I'm done for now and will install the other units as I complete the renovations in the other rooms. Supplyhouse should change the picture of the condenser to the correct one as this is a large unit about 4' tall with two fans. The one shown on the site is the smaller version. As for the issue with the template, the dimensions are pretty much accurate, but I did have a problem with 3.5" cutout for the lines exiting the wall. Two things: 1) When mounting the air handlers, they would not sit flush to the wall. I found that you have to manipulate the control wiring to the top of the hole for the unit to sit correctly and level. I got the 18k leveled and flush, but the 9K I could not level but got it fairly flush after multiple attempts. I feel that the position of the hole on the template could be moved to the right about 1/2" to fix that problem. 2) Most of the time you will not find a 3.54" hole saw although they do sell adjustable ones. You can get the sleeve out, but it will be a very tight fit and be ready to use a rubber mallet. I had to cut the protrusion of the sleeves from the outside as I could not pull it back in. Last recommendation, when connecting the refrigerant lines to the condenser, make sure to connect the line closet to the condenser first or you will have trouble using the crescent wrenches to quickly secure the lines. Other than that, this was a good buy and I would give it a 5 out of 5 for equipment quality and functionality. Condenser and air handlers are very quiet and it cools well.
