Good Deal!
I replaced my homes entire copper plumbing system with PEX and realized that there was no dielectric union from the galvanized main to the copper piping. Of course, the galvanized piping was rusted where it had direct contact with the copper piping. I couldn't find a dielectric 1-1/4" union at any local store but if I did, it would've cost me an arm and leg.
This union is good quality and the rubber gasket is tough. I had a difficult time lining up the piping and the gasket survived a beating. Everything is now complete and I've had no issues.
