Unique filter matting effectively separates dust. The matting has an extremely high capacity for accumulated dust due to its wide filtering surface and depth effect. The material will not allow particulate infiltration over 0.05mm (50 microns). The inserts are quick and easy to replace. The filter housing's compact size allows for easy original equipment installation or retrofitting.

Should be required for every High Efficiency system
I have had two stepped gas valves ruined by oil droplets in the gas line getting into the modulating gas valves. Of course the gas company won't tell you when they are working on the line. SupplyHouse should show this as a recommended part for all high efficiency gas boilers and furnaces. This filter should stop any oil droplets, dust, etc. from getting into the gas valve and will save a lot of headaches for you and the consumer. The filter is easy to replace and you may even be able to clean it and re-use it. Buy a spare filter and store in on the housing for a quick change.

We need it when we install HE boilers. In old Philly gas lines there is a lot of "moon dust" that clogs the gas valves.
