I recommend the packaging be improved, as the unit clips seem to break in shipping when shipped in an envelope. Had 2 in a row. Supply House was very accommodating, but it sure runs up the cost of the little piece of plastic.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a small item, good price. It was supposedly delivered by UPS. Two hours later it was not to be found around my house anywhere. I emailed supplyhouse to see if they could track the item. Within 24 hours they responded and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement sent to me!
I had a replacement sent. They have shot past many companies in this case for me!
