Although the item was very small and perhaps somewhat insignificant to someone else, my new faucet didn't seem complete without it. I found it on your website pretty quickly and received it within a few days which was great. Price was also very reasonable. I'm very happy with the order process and delivery system. The Best!

Thought is would be a tighter fit
Was not a tight fit when inserted into the faucet handle . Maybe use some plumbers putty to snuggle it up.

Yes I would, but I bought the wrong size…
I have two Moen faucets…one about 18 yrs old … the newest one about 5 yrs old…button was for older faucet…but only fits newer faucet…older button size is bigger…
So be careful what size you order…?..

Hi Na, unfortunately some of the older style faucets will require a different style button. I'd advise trying to reach out to Moen to confirm the model of faucet you have and what replacement part you'd need. If you are having difficulty with that, call our customer support line at 888-757-4774 and we can try to assist to the best of our ability. We may require pictures of the older faucet so we can get in touch with our Moen contact for advice!
