Do Not Buy This Product For a Vacation Home
This heat pump control unit will only go to a minimum of 16 deg C! If you are like me and wish to use the Mysa App's "Vacation or Away" modes to a much lower temp like 10 deg C you are out of luck.
A major feature of a heatpump is to save energy.
Additionally the big three air source heat pump manufacturers : LG, Daikin, Fujitsu all allow a setting of 10 deg C through their remote control wands. A temperature setting like this would work perfectly for either of the Vacation or Away modes.
The industry term for this is called "freeze set point protection". I tried very hard to work with Mysa to have this implemented. Bluntly they denied my reasonable request.
