Product sold without a grate cap, without any clarifications
This product seems to be high quality, but the sales techniques do not. Why anyone would need a catch basin without the grate that goes on top is hard to understand, but without mentioning it, this catch basin is sold with not grate top. Then after the product has arrived, and about to be installed, it becomes clear that the tops are not included, and then you fine that the tops are about as expensive as the catch basin. Not impressive.
