WOW!
Ordered a part for my furnace on Sunday with "delivery on Tuesday". I was skeptical since the cost of the part was substantially less than other places and shipping was quite fair. It showed up on Tuesday as promised. Put it in and my furnace was up and running immediately. The house was down to 50 degrees! This was an awesome example of customer service. Well done.

Eccotech water heater
I will not buy from supply house again, the heater was to come with a valve, after several messages with a supply house rep who told me they were having eccotech send the missing valve I never got it. Poor follow through.

Q: Which hose plugs into which connector? We are suspecting the pressure switch itself may not be our problem, but can't remember which way it was together before replacing the old switch.
