I will not use Supply House again.
I ordered an RC replacement for a Noritz tankless water heater and discovered that it didn't resolve my issues. It was connected for a few minutes to determine this, and despite ordering a whole new water heater from Supply House, they will not accept the RC for return. I do not understand a return policy that only allows for unopened, unused items. Don't bother with this company. My review is for the company, not the item.

Product worked and solved my problem
I wasn't sure if this would work on my Noritz Water Heater. I called customer service and they explained to me that this was a newer model controller but would work fine with my older unit. It works great.
