The ENERGY STAR rated NRC661, Noritz's newest efficient condensing model with a half inch gas line. Featuring the same energy-saving condensing technology as the rest of the Noritz eco-TOUGH Series of gas-fired residential tankless water heaters, the NRC661 has an Energy Factor of 0.91 for natural gas and 0.93 for LP. These ratings are nearly 10 points higher than that of a comparably sized, conventional tankless unit, and approximately 30 points higher than a standard, tank-type gas-fired water heater.
With a maximum input of 120,000 BTU per hour (BTUh), using a half-inch gas line up to 120 feet in length. A new, more accurate interpretation of the National Fuel Gas Code permits the use of the smaller-diameter gas piping for inputs up to 174,000 BTUh, as long as the water column pressure at the inlet of the unit is a minimum eight inches.

This is FANASTIC
I did my homework on size and power of units and requirements for my home. I was rewarded with this Noritz tankless water heater that is working out just great. The best thing is the ability to do one task after another or one shower after another without waiting for the water to heat up in a tank.

Q: If I order this tankless water heater, come with remote controller ? If remote controller is nothing this tankless water heater does't work ?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffThe water heater does not include the remote controller, however it is available as an optional accessory. The remote for this unit is part RC-7651M . This unit can be programmed so that it will default to one of three temperatures even if the optional remote controller is not used [140 °F (60 °C), 135 °F (57 °C), 120 °F (50 °C)]. To change the default temperature, adjust the DIP switches as described on pg 30 of the install instructions. The default temperature is 120 °F (50 °C).
