It's OK
First, the plumber said the o-ring had a problem. It was leaking between the head & sump. So, I called the supplyhouse & they sent me a replaced unit. It was very nice that Supplyhouse gave me a very quick response . After I replaced the leak unit with new one. It still leaks. Not as serious as the 1st one. It is about two drops of water a day from the head & sump. No matter how I readjusted, the problem is existing. So I just put a container under the water filter to catch the water dropping. I don't know what else can I do!
