staff answering Chat lacks experience
Products are fine, however the help on the chat lacks experience and is not aware of their products. My first attempt to locate a product, the person on the chat had no knowledge of this type of equipment and appeared to not be qualified to search for it.
After generic searching on the internet, I found out the product was indeed sold by them. Just time lost but that equates to income.

Love this stuff
Best flush on the market in my opinion. It evaporates thoroughly after cleaning. Makes vacuum time shorter. I by them by the case so I always have it on hand.
