1-Speed 3200 RPM 1/30 HP York Draft Inducer Motor (208/230V)

I needed this motor overnight, and ordered with 1-1/2 hours to spare per the website and paid for overnight shipping as my house was 39 degrees inside and dropping fast. Product did not even get shipped for 2 more days - by which time I had had to go to a local supply house and pay the full price for the OEM part to keep from literally freezing. I returned the part 2 days later and while the overnight shipping charge has been refunded I am still waiting to see if the actual part charges get refunded. I understand that it was a crunch time for the company with high demand, but I called back twice checking on the shipment only to be told that they had not shipped it as promised and it was too late to cancel the order. I expect the part would be completely adequate and functional, but I would have appreciated more upfront honesty in the fact that they were backed up on orders so the part would not go out on time - it would have saved me time, frustration, and money.
