Panasonic did a lousy job with the Instructions for this. In spite of my
many efforts , I was unable to get it to work with their 115 Exhaust Fan.

Best for 1-gang applications
Best to only install in a 1-gang application. Adjustment requires removing included wall plate or, in our case, a 3-gang plate. May not be that big of a deal once the set points are established. Like the integrated light and fan switch and the blue LED indicating fan operation. So far, so good. Looking forward to see how it operates when the weather cools off and windows close.

Works great
Very nice compact multi-function switch that meets California code requirements for humidity sensor.
Needs a neutral at the switch box. I wired mine with 12/2 wire coming in for the power supply and a 12/3 wire running to the fan to power the light and fan.

Excellent
Bought two (2) to support my fans as I like this switch and have used it in the past in a previous home. Worked great. One thing to consider and check before you purchase is what type of wires are currently in your wall/gang box as your going to need additional wire to wire the switch. Read the install wiring diagram closely as you may or may not have to pull a new wire into the box. Just a heads up.
