Great fan! Lots of work if you're upgrading!
We had small 50cfm fans in our bathrooms. They're noisy and inefficient. I ordered a total of 3 Whisperjet fans within these last few months and all 3 are installed and working great! I love the DC motor and design! I get a good airflow, especially at 100 cfm. And they're still quieter than the original 50cfm motor. They do have some air noise because they are feeding into a 3" duct hose via the adapter I bought with them. Which brings me to the work part of the jobs. The first two fans I had to do all from a ladder and couldn't access anything from the attic without crawling on my belly through insulation through a tight space. The duct work was the hard part since my adapter put extra length on the snout of the fan. I had to improvise and cut a middle section of the adapter off to get them installed. The last fan I could get up into the attic and was able to reroute the duct from one crossmember to another so I wasn't fighting tension on the duct. I actually did the hole cutting, electrical, and case mounting with the duct attachment all from the attic. It went much smoother. So being an upgrade installation was a bit of a pain. But I click the switch and hear each of the fans quietly ramp up to speed and clear the bathrooms of steam or odor easily. To me there's not much difference between the 80cfm and the 100cfm. So I set them all to 100 and don't run them long. So they're great fans! Just plan on extra work if you are upgrading, but the final result is worth it!

A little louder than I anticipated.
I love the look of the fan and that it is very thin. What I do t like about it is that it is a little louder than what I anticipated. No matter what ccm speed you choose, the exact same noise. A little tinny vibration noise when running.

Exhaust Fans for days!
Love these multi CFM exhaust fans. New construction homes require different CFM for bath, kitchen and mechanical areas. These work awesomely and are pretty darn inexpensive.

Great, low profile exhaust fan!
This fan was easy to install and I personally like Panasonic fans the best. The only issue to watch out for is you can't install this on any ceiling/wall material thicker than 1/2" as this is what the low profile is designed for.

This is one of the most quiet exhaust fans I've ever owned, it truly lives up to its name as a Whisper Fan! Plus it looks marvelous once the grille is installed. Would definitely recommend this item.
