PRIER’s YH Series Economy Freezeless Ground Hydrant provides a year round source of water to areas subject to freezing temperatures. The hydrant valve is connected to the supply piping below the frost line, and since it drains automatically, it is not subject to freezing. The YH Series Ground Hydrant contains a multiple bypass high flow valve body and a one piece plunger design. It is freezeless, lockable, has variable flow and meets the 2014 Safe Drinking Water Act.

WaterSource brand, not Prier
The packaging says WaterSource brand, nowhere does it say Prier. It operates fine on day one. I'll update this review after some time passes.

Pried hydrant
I ordered this Prier hydrant and Supply House sent me a Chinese version made by another company. I called them to correct it and they sent it to me again. I called a third time, they assured me the warehouse would put eyes on it and correct the problem, and they sent the same junk to me again. So now I'm stuck with having to return 3 Chinese knock off hydrants. Supply House can't get their act together on this one
