We only buy Quarter Ball
We really like the quarter turn handle. Quick and easy. The 14" length gives us extra protection, putting the water deep in the crawlspace. We have installed three Quarter Ball sillcocks, and they are all great. Easy to install (we use Sharkbite NPT converters to convert this to our PEX), smooth operating and effectively frost-free. We do cover with a sillcock cover just in case.

Installed three this year
We installed one 12" (didn't know there was a 14" then) and two 14" ones. Nice smooth operation. No squeaks, no dripping, etc. We love the quarter-turn valve. We used a FNPT Sharkbite ball valve to convert this to our PEX. Seems well-made, mount holes lined up with the 2016 contractor sillcock, so must be a standard mount. If mounted on a vertical wall, then the built-in "slant" on the mount/pipe forces it to auto-drain. It is very solid once properly mounted; we really like the hose bib anchor (separate purchase) for a secure mount.

We love it
We found this faucet well-made and easy to install. We added a Sharkbite NPT to PEX connector to convert the threaded end to our PEX. The 14" frost-free length let us put the actual valve well inside our insulated and warmer crawlspace. The mounting screw holes seemed to be industry standard as they fit the old faucet's holes in the brick. We love the 1/4 turn for full pressure. We expect longlife but it is a recent install. Once mounted, it seems very solid.
