No, they are C46500 yellow brass, roughly 40% zinc.
No crimp fittings are full port, they go inside of the tubing.
Yes, it can.
We don't currently carry one, but you can consider installing a standard threaded or sweat ball valve that has a bleeder with PEX fittings on each end.

No there is not.
Yes! Check out the Watts valve Watts 1/2Cf x 1/2Cf Ball VLV w/Drain 5617667. This may be available at PexSupply.
just put in a tee and two valves
I do not know of any. you could add a Air elimination device (spirotherm or other) or an air scoop. these would be installed in line. If you have the access (ie, baseboard and not true radiant in slab) you coild use a baseboard 90 and a coin vent. you could also use a tee that would reduce down to allow installation of coin vent. all of the above would not have a pex connection built in, but could be adapted for such use and would require soldering of fitting of pex crimp connections to the part to be installed.
PEX fittings (like the ones on this ball valve) do not fit PEX-AL PEX tubing. PEX-AL-PEX has an embedded layer of aluminum, so its dimensions are different from those of regular PEX. PEX-AL-PEX works only with certain compression and press fittings. In your case, you could use a PAP-1000M fitting with a 1" threaded ball valve.
They are not full-port: the valve is, but not the crimp fitting.
yes
This valve is manufactured in China.
