Flappers made with soy which rats love to eat
We had to replace the 2 month old Rectorseal flap due to a sewer backup after a large rain storm. 2 waste back flow preventers failed (1 inside house and 1 in yard). Upon checking the flaps we found both were partially eaten by rodent(s). After some research we found the flaps have soy as a manufacturing ingredient which rats love.
It would be great if the flaps could be made from a metal product that isn't appetizing to the rats.
