Viper Pan & Drain Treatment (1 Qt.)

I normally use pan treat tabs to keep the condensate pan clean in my central AC. I could not for the life of me figure out what the horrible smell coming from the ducts were whenever I ran the AC and didn't think it was the pan because of the tabs I normally use. Turns out there was a vegetative like build up on one side of the pan that I never noticed before. The viper took care of it with two very liberal applications 3 days apart. The smell is gone and the build up oozed out to the front of the pan where I was able to wipe it up. Will be using this stuff from now on.

Could not get support help on product. Was told to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer told me they could not help me because I was not a licensed HVAC professional. Thought my question was pretty simple (needed to know how much product to use). Luckily my sister is remodeling her house and is getting a 2nd HVAC system installed. I talked to those HVAC guys and got their opinion (they told me they had never heard of this product but recommended something else). My neighbor who works for Johnson Controls/ York Commercial HVAC Equipment also recommended a different product. Wish I had asked him before I purchased the spray. The product itself was shipped very fast, wrapped well, best price I found online, just never used it.
