The Honeywell DS06 Dial Set® Pressure Regulating Valve is a high quality pressure regulating valve that maintains a constant outlet pressure over a wide range of inlet supply pressures. It is suitable for potable water and irrigation applications. The downstream pressure adjustment dial eliminates the need for a pressure gauge when adjusting the pressure setting (static pressure only).

Features
- Built-In Dial-Set - no gauge is needed to install or set static pressure.
- Noncorroding Unitized Cartridge - contains all working parts and is easily replaceable
- Outlet adjustment range of 25 PSI to 90 PSI make it suitable for household, commercial, industrial and turf-and-irrigation applications.
- Install it just about anywhere. The internal and external threading allows for use in thread-by-thread, single union or double-union configurations.
- 1/4" NPT tap accessible from both sides to validate output
- Built in strainer to simplify maintenance
- Approvals - ASSE 1003, IAPMO, CSA, Low Lead Compliant

Develops A Whining Noise
We Have Installed Several Of These In Our Hotels In Blowing Rock, North Carolina Where The City Water Pressure Tends To Be Too High. Not Everyone, But Most Have Developed A Whining Noise, That Can Be Heard Throughout The Building, When Water Is Running After A Period Of Six Months To Two Years And Have To Be Removed And Replaced. We Were Replacing Them With The Same Valve From Honeywell, But Now Have Gone To A Different Valve Which Does Not Develop The Same Symptom. We Have Called Honeywell About This Issue, But They Say That They Have Never Heard Of It And Have Not Offered Any Help. My Experience Proves Different As We Have Had It Happen Four Times At Our Various Locations.

Excellent service!
When our valve started leaking, I thought it would cost a fortune to repair. Excellent product
I have installed many of these pressure reducing valves and have always been happy with them. I love the dialset feature; it eliminates running back and forth with a gadget to check water pressure.
