Flush cycles too short, unit fails in weeks
I have tried two of these units and each has failed in a matter of weeks. Worse, the failure mode is that it fails to stop, so it continuously runs a flush cycle as soon as it completes the last one, regardless of the delay setting. This wastes a LOT of water until the problem is discovered.
when working, the unit runs the flush cycle far too quickly, completing in 10-15 secs. To flush properly it needs about 30 seconds. This means you will be setting the cycle much more frequently than needed.

Valve Cycles too Rapidly
Manufacturer specifications report a 25 second cycle time however, the timer controlling the motor completes one full rinse cycle in 10 seconds, with the valve in the full open position for only 2 seconds. This is not long enough to clear the accumulated debris, however manually operating the valve is effective. Hopefully this issue is unique to this unit and a smooth exchange will ensue.
Well, that's a deep subject.
