DOA out of box
Expensive Resideo L5 arrived with actuator DOA. SupplyHouse used to be my go-to supplier. NO MORE. SupplyHouse contact tells me they will not honor warranty unless entire unit is returned. That means removing the installed and functional valve unit at my expense - ring up plumber $$$. The actuator is available as a stand-alone part, so there is no acceptable reason that it cannot be exchanged for a functioning actuator.

Cannot connect to internet
Valve works great. I've had three different actuator units and cannot get any of them to connect to internet or the Resideo app.
