cost 1/3 of what my HVAC guy quoted and came in 1 day
HVAC guy says ECM motor for fan was on backorder and couldn`t get a promise date. Went online found it at SupplyHouse and cancelled the backorder which I had waited 10 days for and still didn'y know when it would come. 24 hours later it`s being installled.

Direct replacement for 51-102870-01
Easy to wire and install. Removing the fan blade from the old motor was a fight. Put some penetrating oil and let it soak. Get the blade to spin on the rotor while holding the rotor with vice grips. I had to apply a little bit of head and tappi tap tap persuasion with a piece of wood to get it move. Do not use a hammer directly on the rotor as its soft and will mushroom out. Take pics of the old wiring and replicate the same with this motor.
