Great Product and Service
My furnace's Hot Surface Ignitor went out on my Rheem furnace. Found the replacement part on Supply House at a great price and it arrived as scheduled 2 days later. Put the new part in the furnace and the furnace heat came back immediately. Will definitely use Supply House for my future furnace needs. Thank you!

It lasted one day and was basically an out of box failure.

I've yet to use this ignitor . I purchased it for an emergency. In the event my current ignitor fails I have a backup.

I bought a replacement and back-up
Fit my old furnace and fixed a short cycle problem. Nothing better than factor specified parts! A HVAC person used a non spec. part and that went out after a year causing short cycling. SupplyHouse did a great job identifying the correct part based upon my furnace model and serial number. Just wish it came with the mounting hardware because my HVAC persons tossed an original metal part, so I had a small workaround to address. It is now well mounted and doing its dual job of ignitor and flame sensor.
