Replacement part
I diagnosed a water heater that was not working properly. Spoke with the representative that inform me that the replacement part that I was requesting, could be returned if it was not the problem.
As a consumer I really appreciate the ability to return a part if it is not the problem.
And yes the replacement part resolved the issue very pleased with the outcome.

Just what I needed
Thank you! I finally found the product I needed. Even though I had to call people for item numbers and circumvent the internet, the burner is what I needed for my water heater. Rather than replacing just one or to wires, it was better to replace the whole door. After placing it in the water heater, it begin working immediately.
