OEM with OEM issue
Vacuum actuator was faulty from the start. Replaced it and the new unit is like new again except it now works.
Have ordered from supply house before. They are prompt and a pleasure to work with. This problem wasn't their issue.

Quick & Painless
Order arrived a day earlier than expected, which was good since the following day was Thanksgiving. Took about 10-15 minutes to perform the entire change out. Only problem I had was getting the retention screws, which hold this assembly to the water heater, to engage again. I ended up going up one screw size so as to get the bottom seal to compress properly.
