This part fit perfectly. The water heater I have has been discontinued and the company went out of business so getting parts for it are near impossible. The part from another company was the exact same part. Their service was great. They got the part out quicker than I expected and I received it much quicker.

The part shipped immediately, arrived on the date promised, and fit perfectly. Like the other reviewers, for a few years my Eternal hybrid hot water heater intermittently would stop working and display error code E27. Fortunately resetting the unit would resolve the issue, last month the reset stopped working. After some internet research, I discovered the failing mixing value could be replaced with Rheem part RTG20298N. After referencing an installation video, installing the part was straight forward. It immediately fixed the problem and has been working for two weeks with no issues.

I used this product to replace the same part in an Eternal Hybrid water heater (out of business). Saved me from having to replace the unit. I bought an extra ...just in case.

I know this is a Rheem part no. but it works as an exact mixing valve replacement for the discontinued Eternal water heaters.

Purchased this Rheem valve to replace one in an Eternal hybrid water heater (manufacture since gone out of business). Heard about this through a detailed thread on the internet, so gave this a shot. I am happy to report that it works! My order first arrived with the wrong part (silicone hose), but the Customer Service rep quickly addressed this and sent the correct part. Minor inconvenience, compared to replacing a tankless water heater.
