Better than excellent customer service!
The blower on my hot water heater got louder over a couple days and then all of a sudden silence and we had no hot water. I called our HVAC company and they determined that the blower was shot. They didn't have a replacement nor could they get one, they suggested I try searching online. I found one at Supply House, in stock and the best price of anyplace else. I called customer service to double check compatibility with my hot water heater and was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered by a very nice, helpful woman. She confirmed it was the correct part and placed the order for me. I received an email confirmation within an hour and the part was at my door in less than 48 hours EVEN with the shipping delays of the holiday season. I was able to install the new blower myself, it was simply 4-6 bolts, I just had to shorten a pipe. This saved me a $120 service call. I restarted the hot water heater and within an hour we had hot water again. Supply House provided the best customer service I've had in a long time. It was a pleasure to deal with such a responsible firm and I recommend you try them if you need plumbing supplies.

I would not buy this product again
the service was great the [product, it is quit noisy. This is the second one that i have usd. The fan on the first one broke after a few years. I don't think that the fan is balanced well enough.

Solid replacement for dying inducer motor
Shipping timing was great, packaging was great, and motor (so far) runs perfectly.

Blower was a direct swap
Old blower was very noisy new blower runs smooth and quiet. 4 screws and a wire plug in attach exhaust pipe and good to go
