Prompt shipping and received quicker than promised
I ordered this for my Richland (made by Reehm) 75 gallon power vent hot water heater. My unit requires this more expensive setup where many others don't. I didn't want to wait weeks from some other distributors so I gave Supply House a try. I couldn't be happier. The item said if I check out by 5pm it would ship the same day and I would receive it Monday. It was Thursday which isn't unreasonable. I checked out at about 4:58pm. I received the part Saturday. Like me many of you probably need the part ASAP. I give a lot of credit to distributors that take the effort to get parts right away with little notice. I will remember Supply House the next time I need a part and I will also recommend to friends. As for the part it is a perfect match to the original. Turns out I only needed to use fine grit sand paper to clean the original flame sensor but I am happy to keep this flame sensor/igniter on the shelf since it appears to be more difficult to get from many place.

Bring your own T20 Torx drive
Ignitor worked great. I used it to fix my customer's 75 gallon Rheem Power Vent W.H. . Be aware though that (contrary to the product description and picture) there is no screwdriver with the T20 drive in this kit. It was fine for me because I keep just about every type of bit known to man in my cordless box, but if you're on a job and you don't have a T20 handy it means taking an unnecessary trip to the hardware store. It also falls under the category of, "You pay for this, but they give you that". Supply House.Com does a great job in general and the item was shipped from a third party so they may not even be aware of this problem.
