I ised this on an AO Smith Power Vent H20 tank. I did not want to go 3-2-3 to utilize the stock 2" coupler with drain. This worked perfectly.

I purchases a Rheem power vent water heater and it can be vented with 2" or 3" sch 40 PVC. The oulet on the blower is 3" and the unit comes with a 3 X 2 reducer for those that can install it with 2" pipe. These are specially made couplings with condensate drain ports built onto the side. I needed the 3" one and after searching the net for the propper one at a good price I found it at SupplyHouse.com. It is the exact one for the Rheem vent. Thanks SupplyHouse.

I bought two of these! Super item for connecting the intake vent and exhaust vent. SupplyHouse did tremendous in their customer care. Would strongly recommend them and this item!
