Quality and low priced part
Worked perfectly for my GE water heater that uses this part. Called several local places and prices were pretty high and I did a quick search and found this place! Customer service is exceptional, warranty is what you would get ordering at any reputable business and parts come in well packaged box and arrive within 1-2 days! Now thats how you do business. You can call in and describe the part you need or talk to a live person. Which makes ordering the right part accurate.

Excellent OEM part for my GE
I can't thank SUPPLY HOUSE enough for having this part in stock and best of all, next day shipping!! I'll keep this short, (although Im a heavy talker) I have an old GE water heater… new renter/tenant moved in apt… he went to put the gas in his name and hot water coincidently went out/off…. We thought gas company turned gas off due to old tenant moving out/closing their account BUT gas liens were ON. Gas company came out to Turn on Gas, BUT Flagged my water heater as it "needed a new thermal couple gasket". Only way to replace that red rubber gasket holding the 3 lines is to replace the whole "pilot assembly" So I decided to do a quick search and found this place…. With next day delivery! I took a chance and glad I did! I did it myself and it's a 8/10 difficulty level being 10 difficult so I advise YOU to call a professional if you don't think you can do it. Pretty intense. My GE model number is GG38T06AXK00 with the Part number needing to replace the "thermal couple" is SP20790. Old pilot assembly was FRIED AND BURNT TO A CRISP! Definitely needed a replacement since after 10 years, it def has 10 years worth of shedding metal fragments all around it with a burnt tip! Took me 4 hours to install, gas company came out next day and turned it on and 5 hours now, it's working again! I highly recommend this part for GE or Rheem brand tanks. I even called customers service and glad I talked to a live agent to confirm this Rheem product will work with my GE and they confirmed it will! I'm highly satisfied! Oh ya, shipping box/packaging is AMAZINGLY PERFECT WITH BUBVLE WRAP INSIDE AND A MINT BOX WITH NO DAMAGE NO DENTS NO TEARS AND HANDLED CAREFULLY BY UPS!!! Moreover , I'm actually reusing the box to store items to store away.
