Customer service took good care of me.
We had a water heater control module get damaged. My tech sent me a link to a product on your website. I ordered it and got it quick. Unfortunately it was the wrong one. When I called customer service ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON!!!! they were both patient and helpful. The agent took the extra time to verify the correct model I needed by serial# and helped start the return process and get the correct replacement on its way. New unit is installed and working great.

Perfect fit for my Rheem water heater
One of the water heaters at my rental property kept losing the pilot. Replaced the pilot assembly, and the problem persisted. Replaced the gas valve / thermostat with this part, and the problem was solved. Not sure why this model is much more expensive than similar models, though. It appears the only difference is how far it would stick out of the water heater.
