I would highly recommend SupplyHouse.
I would highly recommend SupplyHouse and would do business with them again. My order arrived promptly and and was well packed. The Natural Gas Control Thermostat, did not fit my unit so had to return it. I was sent a return label and the SupplyHouse even returned my overnight maiing fee of close to $40. I think the company is run by a young manager with a young staff. I can't say enough good things about this company. It was an outstanding experience dealing with them. I wish we had more companies that served and cared for their customers like they do. I wish each and every one you much success. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Works... but an unpleasant surprise
The listing says "Please note: This SKU is a direct replacement for WV8840C1605." and the picture on the listing also shows a WV8840C1605 number prominently on the product.
What I received was in the box labelled SP20832B but the marking on the actual valve is WV88860C1000. This does work but it requires a chamber temperature sensor that the WV8840C1605 doesn't.

The listing says "Please note: This SKU is a direct replacement for WV8840C1605." and the picture on the listing also shows a WV8840C1605 number prominently on the product.
What I received was in the box labelled SP20832B but the marking on the actual valve is WV88860C1000. This does work but it requires a chamber temperature sensor that the WV8840C1605 doesn't.

Problem solved
I don't necessarily think this is a great product seeing as my water heater was less than 5 years old when this same part failed, but the replacement did it's job and brought precious hot water back into my life after a week without it. I had already replaced the thermocouple/igniter as well, which had also gone bad. The new thermocouple provided voltage to the old thermostat to reveal that it was bad as well. I would not wish cold showers on my worst enemy.
