My team lead diagnosed the problem and sent me a link to a product on your website, which I ordered and received quickly. Unfortunately it was not a match. Here's the good part: When I arrived at the job site and was confronted with the parts mismatch, I was able to immediately speak to someone on the phone, give them the serial number of the unit, and get the correct replacement part on the way as well as initiate the return process for the wrong part. I was issued a return authorization and pritable shipping label
within 24hrs. Less than two days later the correct part was installed and working well. Bonus points for all of this going down on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you.

I would not buy this prouduct again
This model gas valve is suppose to replace the original faulty gas valve. I received the new model # gas valve and found it it has the same model number as the original bad gas valve.Replacement gas control valve part#SP20832E and the model info sticker on the new valve was WV8840C1406 which is the exact same part number as the faulty replacement valve.

Wish there was a non-electronic option
Product works fine and replaced one that crapped out after only 14 months of use. I wish my tank had an option for a regular control valve and thermostat with no electronics.
As for SupplyHouse, no complaints at all with the service and price.
