Getting the part myself saved me hundreds in service call
I was getting intermittent hot water from my Rinnai so I searched and found a great video that showed me how to troubleshoot and find the root cause. I found the required parts at Supply House and had them within 2 days. It took about 2 hours to replace the ignitors, but I gained valuable knowledge and saved over $300. My Rinnai is running great - no gaps in hot water.

Good product, but you buy more than you need
We needed this flame rod kit because our hot water heater failed in just three years. When the kit arrived, I was surprised that it had the ENTIRE panel assembly. One that requires you to remove the igniter panel as well to change out. This kit would be perfect if it had just the three electrodes and the felt gasket. No other parts are needed. I would recommend if there was no place to get just the parts needed.
