Good replacement blower
This is the 3rd Rinnai blower I have replaced in my unit and it works as original. The blower comes with the housing. I just remove it from the housing and replace only the blower. Set the dip switches correctly, and all is good. Takes me about 10 minutes cover off to cover on.

This is a great replacement fan assembly for a rinnai Hot wa
It is not necessary to remove the entire assembly to change out this blower motor. Just remove the fan bladed and motor. Leave the housing intact and replace the fan/motor with the new one. Makes swapping the unit out very easy.
