Water Flow Servo & Sensor VC/KB i/e, 107000090

The product did the job I bought it for, however, I was surprised it didn't come with any washers or O-rings. Luckily, the ones I had were in good shape, but I was hoping for new ones.

I was having problems with my water heater and thought I had it diagnosed. Found the parts at Supply House, I decided to get all three parts that's could be needed. After placing the order I did further testing and found there were more issues. It seemed I had reached the point where the heater should be replaced. So I called Supply House to cancel the order. Two items had not left the warehouse, the third had already been processed for shipping. When it arrived I sent it back and they refunded my purchase. The lessons I learned were 1) make a thorough diagnosis before ordering parts 2) choose a reputable supplier. This time I only got 1 of the 2 right. But it was the more important one.

Easy to install.

The water heater had become intermittent.....would not detect water flow. Replaced valve (an easy one hour job) and the heater works like new. Kept the old valve after replacing the flow sensor for future reference.

As advertised - worked perfect.
